Your puzzle will be handcrafted within 24–48 hours after your order is placed. We ship worldwide, and delivery usually takes 6–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location

Yes — please make sure the photo is your own or that you have the right to use it. We do not accept copyrighted images or photos with watermarks. By uploading, you confirm that we have permission to use the image for printing your puzzle.
