Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

This section applies only to our standard wooden puzzles that are not custom-made or part of the Artist Series.

Custom and Artist Series wooden puzzles are shipped internationally via Standard International service.
Delivery times and shipping costs depend on the destination and the weight of the package.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders may incur local VAT or import fees upon delivery. These costs are not included in the price.

Separate Shipments
We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse locations. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

המשלוחים שלנו מסופקים על ידי חברת השליחויות מסין. חברת השליחויות תיצור קשר ב SMS עם הלקוח לתיאום חלון האספקה ביום המשלוח. במידה ומעוניינים בתיאום טלפוני יש לציין זאת בהערות של ההזמנה!
מחיר המשלוח: 14.99 דולר ארה"ב
זמן אספקה משוער: 15-21 ימים
אנו עושים כל שביכולתנו כדי להבטיח שההזמנות יצאו ויסופקו בהקדם האפשרי. בכל שלב ניתן לפנות אלינו דרך כפתור "Contact Us" באתר, דרך כתובת המיילcustomerservice@leogor.com או דרך מספר הטלפון 053-4557547 (מענה בימים א׳-ה׳ בין השעות 09:00-17:00).
שינויים וביטולים של הזמנות –
ביטול עסקה בהתאם לתקנות הגנת הצרכן (ביטול עסקה), התשע"א-2010 וחוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ"א-1981:
- הזמנה שטרם נשלחה ניתן לשנות ו/או לבטל על ידי יצירת קשר דרך מספר הטלפון 053-4557547 (מענה בימים א׳-ה׳ בין השעות 09:00-17:00) בלבד.
- הזמנה שנשלחה ונמסרה לא ניתן לשנות ו/או לבטל
החזרות של מוצרים –
החזרת מוצרים תתבצע במקרים הבאים:
- המוצר שהזמנת חסר בהזמנה – אנחנו נשלח לך את המוצר ללא תוספת משלוח.
- קיבלת מוצר שלא הזמנת – אנחנו נשלח לך את המוצר הנכון ונאסוף את המוצר השגוי ללא תוספת משלוח.
- הזמנת בטעות מוצר לא נכון או שינית את דעתך והמוצר הינו סגור ובאריזתו המקורית – אנחנו נשלח לך את המוצר הנכון ונאסוף את המוצר השגוי בתוספת משלוח של 70 ש״ח.
אם אחד התנאים הנ״ל תקפים, יש ליצור איתנו קשר בהקדם דרך כפתור "Contact Us" באתר, דרך כתובת המייל customerservice@leogor.com או דרך מספר הטלפון 053-4557547 (מענה בימים א׳-ה׳ בין השעות 09:00-17:00) כדי שנוכל לטפל בהחזרה/החלפה.
